Seattle police are investigating the shooting death of a 15 year old boy  in High Point Wednesday night. 

Reports of screaming and sounds of gunfire prompted a police response  to Southwest Bataan Street and 30th Avenue SW around 10:15pm

When officers arrived, they found -the victim with a gunshot wound to his stomach.

He was treated at the scene and he was taken to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition but died later.

According to SPD the suspects fled the scene and were not located.

There is no suspect information.
